The Manchester Urban Living Lab is located in the neighbourhood of Brunswick adjacent to the city centre.
The Manchester Living Lab explores five interconnected areas of concern identified by Brunswick residents: air quality, traffic safety, community spaces and greening. Brunswick is a neighbourhood on the edge of the city centre dominated by social housing built in the 1960s and 70s, which is currently undergoing regeneration.
The Manchester LOOPER co-creation platform visualises the data and enables the co-design and evaluation of solutions. It integrates online and offline tools to facilitate learning at each stage of the co-creation process.
